Vision and Strategy

Our vision is to share the hope and purpose found in Jesus Christ, plant gospel-driven, Bible-believing churches, and disciple eternity-focused believers in north Spain.

  1. Establish local relationships and share the gospel: Our strategy is to begin by volunteering alongside locals, engaging in meaningful conversations, and participating in community events.
  2. Teach God’s Word: Through these relationships, we host “Discovery Bible Studies,” providing the opportunity to understand and embrace the good news of Jesus Christ. Discovery Bible Studies encourage participants to ask questions and share what they’ve learned with others. The structure relies on the Holy Spirit’s illumination of the Word of God to the individual. The format is simple enough that anyone can moderate a Bible Study, engaging believers in active ministry.
  3. Nurture the church body: As the Bible study grows and forms a church body, we seek to disciple believers and train leaders so that the church may be self-sufficient. This step may be the longest and most difficult to ensure a thriving church, trusting God to provide local leadership in His timing.
  4. Surrender the church to local church leadership: We assist the local church to achieve independence and auto-invest in ministry and missions, thus eliminating the need for foreign leadership and funding. After leaders are trained and established, we join with the church to repeat this evangelistic process in surrounding villages.
  5. Repeat: Our goal as missionaries in the North Spain Project is repetitive church planting.
